For the 13th time, I’m returning to Chinandega, Nicaragua—and people often ask me why I keep going back.
The answer is simple: clean water changes everything.
In rural communities around Chinandega, families still rely on contaminated water sources. Parents and children spend hours each day hauling water. Something as basic as turning on a tap—something many of us never think twice about—is still out of reach.
That’s where Amigos for Christ comes in. I’ve partnered with them year after year because I’ve seen the impact firsthand. They don’t just drill wells—they walk alongside communities, building sustainable water systems that last. Clean water means better health, stronger schools, and real hope for the future.
On this trip, I’m raising funds to help provide safe, reliable drinking water to rural communities in Chinandega. Every dollar goes toward materials, labor, and long-term solutions that empower local leaders and families.
I’ve watched children drink clean water for the first time. I’ve seen communities transformed—not by charity alone, but by partnership.
If you’re looking for a tangible way to make a lasting difference, this is it. Your support—whether large or small—helps bring life, health, and dignity through something as essential as clean water.
Thank you for being part of this journey with me—for the 13th time, and hopefully not the last.
