Ben and I are returning to Fuego y Agua in Ometepe, Nicaragua, again this year! Our Amigos for Christ team continues to grow, and several of the guys received new bikes to train on this year. We have been training for the heat and for the hills (over 5K elevation over the 60 miles = OUCH).
